I have the thera pearl wrist wrap as well as a pack that I use for my tummy when I have pain from my Crohn's Disease but am too hot to use my heating pad. It works pretty well. Mine can be used for heat or cold, but I really only like it for cold, because it loses heat too quickly for me. It's not the best product on the market, but it molds really well to the shape of your body
