I didn't think I was going to like this product...but I was totally wrong, It was amazing...felt so warm and really did help with the cramps. they last at least 8 hours. Worth ever penny.
I decided to try this as my mom suggested it might help with my cramps. But I didn't like it at all. I felt uncomfortable and t left my skin red and irritated.
These are so wonderful to have! I have had some of the worst cramps that would keep me out of school and work, and leave me in bed with a heating pad all day. If I had to go somewhere, and it wasn't an option, these were what got me through. Even though I was still rather miserable, I still got some relief because I had these. It is like taking the heating pad with you!!! I highly recommend them.
this are great!
i bought 2 boxes of them when i had really bad cramps.
okay ladies wear under clothes but on top of underwear .try sticking it to undies its great just make sure to wear on top of underwear! its thin and last 8 hours! ah what a cramp pain relieve! i wore it to school and its like noone notices except you since you feel warmth ^.^
its a great product!
I got this as a sample and hated it. It got too hot for me to leave on my skin that I immediately had to remove it after a couple of minutes. It left red marks on my skin long after I had removed it. Needless to say I won't be buying this ever. I recommend just buying an electric heating pad where you can control the setting. I know you can't wear it under your clothes but it really helps.
I received one of these as a free sample along with some pads I had bought. At first I thought what a great idea and I couldn’t wait to give it a try. Therma Care Menstrual is basically a type of a heating pad that you use when you have menstrual cramp and toss out when you’re done with it. Its claims to be able to provide woman with soothing heat that will relax muscular contractions to relieve our menstrual cramps. It has a ultra thin design that conforms to our lower abdomen for discreet comfort, provides soothing heat for up to eight hours of menstrual cramp relief, its thin enough to wear under our clothing and it can be worn on the move during chores, or when we’re just relaxing. Well I can’t tell you if any of these claims are true because I only had it on for five minutes before I had to remove it. It got so hot that I couldn’t stand it. In fact it was so hot after only having it on for five minutes that it left red marks on my skin that lasted for a good twelve hours after I had removed it. I did everything the instructions that came with it said to do, so I know this burn wasn’t caused by anything I had done. I was very disappointed in this product and wouldn’t recommend the Therma Care Menstrual heat wrap to any women the experience's menstrual cramps. You’re much better off with a regular heating pad that you can control the heat with, or a nice warm bath.
