    Stay away

    I haven't noticed any change in my sleep, but I do know that I do not enjoy the scent of this spray. It is very powerful and I don't enjoy it. My boyfriend actually disliked it so much I had to flip the pillow over. I will not be using the rest of this and would not repurchase.
