I received this a a gift from my mil and it helped so much during my pregnancy. I am an RPN and on my feet all day. This belt, well not as fancy as some of the others on the market works fantastic for releaving some of the pressure on your bladder as well as providing some support for your back. I found that it helped a lot. I recommended it to many pregnant friends.

My husband bought me this back belt when he noticed that I was constantly complaining of a sore back. It worked great! The elastic was firm and strong but I didn't feel compressed. The Velcro band that held the belt closed was more than strong enough to hold on. I'm very happy I had this back belt
