Made-In-Japan but Did Not Make with Quality

Bought the Made-in-Japan water bottle but only last for a couple of months. Would not keep warm at all. Tiger Canada refused to deal with it. Said they had a 5 years warranty but needed to go through their dealer. The retailer said that the return policy was 14 days and you needed to deal with the manufacturer directly. So, ended up with an $80 made-in-japan but without the advertised Japanese quality water bottle. What a disappointment! Thinking to bring it back to Tiger Japan on my next trip and maybe they can figure out what is wrong. I will not buy Tiger brand products anymore!

    Made-in-Japan Stainless Steel Thermal Bottle

I bought this item when I was in Hong Kong 2 years ago. I have been using almost everyday in whole year for Hot drink. I was amazed how fantastic to keep the drink temperature Hot over 6 hours. I like this color too. The price of this made in Japan version is bit higher than other similar items but it is worth it to pay. I will recommended to have one if you don't have one yet.

    Capacity 0.24L
    Heat Retention 83/55℃ (1h/6h)
    Cold Retention 9℃ (6h)
    Size / Weight 7.0x7.0x12.5cm / 0.14Kg

Copper sheet between the inner bottle and outer enclosure makes reflection of heat to boost heat retention for cold beverages for long hours. Also consistent keep warm capability (1 hour > 86°C, 6 hours > 65°C) . Suitable for all seasons. Enjoy your favorite drinks all the time.
