I have always been a fan of Bed Head hair products for as long as I can remember. This shampoo and conditioner smells delicious and it does not leave your hair feeling heavy like some shampoos and conditioners have been known to do and the price is great for it's quality. I suggest using another shampoo and conditioner that you can alternate with this product, switching back and forth about once a month. The reason I do this is because I find that after a period of time, my hair does not react or take to the product as well as it does when I first start using it
