This is a sulfate free shampoo and conditioner energy (tea extracts). I love the smell, it is minty but not too strong, does not lather too much, but that is to be expected from a sulfate free shampoo. Leaves my hair feeling soft and moisturized, and I must say that the mint and tea extracts do help to wake you up in the morning and feel energized.
