Not for me.

I used to be a Tim Hortons addict. Would visit my local Tim Hortons at least 3 times a day and would get a breakfast BELT at least once a week. I stopped going around the time Ontario said they were going to increase the minimum wage to $15 per hour and in response Tim's increased their prices and started charging employees for uniforms. When the minimum wage didn't increase they never lowered their prices or started providing their employees uniforms free of charge. Around the same time their quality started dropping. I'm not sure if it was because they switched suppliers to save costs or what.

The food quality is not consistent. Sometimes I would order a BELT which stands for bacon, egg, lettuce and tomato on an everything bagel toasted and it wouldn't be toasted, sometimes it was only the E of the BELT on the sandwich. I'm sorry but $5.00 for an egg on a bagel is too pricy for my liking.

Maybe if they improve their quality I'll try again but for now I've successfully recover from my Tim's addiction.

Ugh - again!

As the years go on, I try to hold onto some faith in Tim Hortons. I remember as a child, being so excited to get a cookie or a timbit when my mother would stop for a coffee.
Those days are sadly gone. It seems that any time I visit this franchise my order is either wrong, or stale.
I took a chance and ordered a BELT sandwich on my way to work one morning after having forgot my breakfast on the counter.
The english muffin I received it on was not toasted, like I had asked, there was sauce all over the sandwich and the wax paper, I had ordered Bacon and found one sad strip, the lettuce was brown and the tomato looked like it had been past its expiry date for some time. The egg was also very disappointing and I ended up not eating until lunch that day - i opted for a salad from the grocery store.
I would not recommend this sandwich, or the establishment for that matter to anyone. It is sad to see such a Canadian landmark go downhill so fast.

Timmys

This snadwhich would probably be good if It was ever made right ! everysingle time I order one they find a way to mess it up and its just not good :/ timmys has gone down hill a lot! I much rather Starbucks now a days!

This is a very high cal meal (due to the bagel and bacon!) but it is VERY VERY GOOD!!!!! I try and recreate it at home, and it never tastes as good. This is the ultimate hangover sandwich!!!!!

Breakfast sandwich, yes is fattening and high in calories, but it is SO good!!
Especially on a morning road trip, this is a good way to start the day!!!
The sandwich provides the goodness without making you too full.
The toppings are lots, they do not cheapen out, you can make variations of the sandwich, the sandwich is fresh and toasted.

Every once and awhile I treat myself to a breakfast Belt.
There are not many choices at the food court in the hospital that I work at.
When I'm working the weekends I don't always pack a lunch.
I end up getting one of these bad boys.
I love the bagel options. The toppings are not the best quality though.
I certainly prefer a homemade breakfast sandwich with fresher toppings.
But this does the trick!

What a taste. Sometimes in the wee hours of the morning before he goes to work, my son picks me up and we have one of these. So absolutely great Just looked at the picture and it shows a bagel. The ones we have are on what you call a sub bun.

Mmm the BELT sandwiches are delicious: bacon, egg, lettuce tomato - I always get it on a bagel- yum!

I was not a fan at all, lettuce is always brown and the egg is terrible/.

I was very disappointed with the breakfast sandwich , the egg was wet and nasty , the bagel was rock hard and there was no sauce so it was dry . I also got the potato with hit ( the combo) and the potato wasn't event crunchy and it was cold. what a waste of money.
