Total Disappointment

So I haven't had a café mocha in quite a while so I thought I'd get one for a treat this morning. This is what I got...🤨 I called and apparently they no longer make it with the whipped cream and chocolate shavings ?!?! If you want it with the whipped topping and chocolate shavings it costs extra. If this is truly the case, then they should be advising that it no longer comes with the toppings and asking if you would like toppings added at an additional cost. So basically I paid almost $3 for just a cup of half coffee half hot chocolate, which by the way was too disgusting to even drink. Apparently with toppings it would have cost $3.90!!! How greedy can you be Tim Hortons? The cafe mocha always came with the topping. Even your website advertises it this way. It also advertises that it is made with steamed milk which it definately wasnt. It basically tastes like burnt black coffee with a splash of watered down hot chocolate. No milk or cream anywhere in sight... ! God forbid you add the whipped topping for free that probably costs you a grand total of 10 cents with your already way over priced drink.
So I guess add this to the the long list of reasons why I keep boycotting your franchise. Uncut bagels, burnt coffee, incorrect orders, squished or stale baked goods, unprofessional or unhygenic staff and/or practices etc etc etc. Yet everytime I think I'll give it one last try, I'm quickly reminded why I left to begin with and started going to McDonalds instead.

At this point I'd say it's my own damn fault though for being dumb enough to give your establishment one last try🙄
Lesson learned.

Mocha is what's happening

I've never tried a mocha before and one day I went for coffee with my girlfriends and they were having one so I tried it. I fell in love!
I now get one every morning on my way to work

Affordable and delicious all season drink.

This drink is wonderful for every season in the year, but most especially winter. The perfect combination of sweetness and coffee. The best thing about this drink is that you can ask your barista to make it 1/2 or 3/4 with hot chocolate or French vanilla.

Tasty treat

I really enjoy Tim Hortons Cafe Mocha as an occasional treat and change from regular coffee . I like that I can have it ordered with a caffeinated base of coffee but find I have to remind server tho make sure they top it with whipped cream!

Mocha

I like this mocha only with the whipped topping addded. Definitely not as good as McDonald’s but the price is much better. Shouldn’t cost extra for the toppings as that’s what makes it good.

One of my favourites at Tim Hortons. Only thing I would change is the whipped cream. I would definitely use REAL whipped cream. I like to order this as often as I can.

Too sweet!!

I could not enjoy and full finish the beverage as it was too sweet.
There was not enough caffeine flavour and too much sweetness added to the beverage making it too sweet to enjoy. I would prefer a simple coffee with whip cream on top and light chocolate, instead of how much sweetness was added.

Not worth the $1 special they even had at Tim Hortons.

I love the café mocha from Tim Hortons. I'm not a coffee lover but this combination of hot chocolate and coffee is just enough to not be too bitter or too sweet.
