OMG! This is so good toasted with light cream cheese! I like to take it to work when I work the night shift. Something to look forward to. Add a drink and you are all set.

I am a big fan of these bagels. They have a good, strong flavour which I like.
They count as one of their specialty bagels so they cost a little bit more, but it's worth it in my opinion.
My favourite is when it is toasted with butter!
