These are gross'! Weird oily taste. Definately too salty and mine were not hot. So not impressed.really didn't like the grease coating left behind on my tongue. Tim's should stick to coffee.
Nice alternative to a donut when you get a combo. The chips are really crunchy and quite thick. Quite heavily salted. It's a nice touch that they come warmed. Good match with the sandwiches. Good addition to their menu.
I like these chips. I know that they advertise warm kettle-cooked chips - but I wasn't expecting them to stay warm. I wish that they made different flavours though.
It is perfect for à sunny day, the eat on a terrasse outside the restaurant !
I had seen the ads for this new offering at Tim Horton's and I wasn't sure what I thought about them, but I decided to try some and have come to the conclusion that they are really good. They aren't too salty or oily and as I had never had warm kettle-cooked chips before, I was pleasantly surprised at how much better it made them taste. I recommend them to people who are looking for a quick guilty snack but don't want a donut.
