I usually bring yogurt for my lunch at work all the time and make my own combinations but some times when I am running late and just have no time. I have a few times purchased Tim Horton's Yogurt Parfaits. They are really so good, creamy, love the granola crunch and very filling just the right size for a perfect lunch or just to treat yourself to something healthy and satisfying. If you have not tried Tim Horton's Yogurt Parfaits I highly recommend them.
