Tim Tam is a brand of chocolate biscuit introduced by the Australian biscuit company Arnott's in 1964. They are made of two layers of crispy chocolate biscuit, separated by a flavoured cream filling and coated in a layer of textured chocolate.

Tim Tam Gelato Messina Choc Mint Biscuits was one of the best limited editions for the brand to date. I bought this for hubby. Hubby became addicted to these biscuits while travelling in Australia 5 year ago. It’s intense and decadent. It has a mint créme centre perfectly flanked two heavenly smooth chocolate biscuits and wearing a dark chocolate coated. It was also best with coffee and hot tea. The biscuits did not last long in my house I’m sure.
