Terrible

For 12 months I been really sick. I was trying Tim's Whole Health product because I heard at work how wonderful he was - the owner and how he gives the best tips. I told the owner in the beginning I have sensitivity, he said I can return wouldn't be an issue. I didn't think it was the protein powder until I had to stop taking it for blood test, because it has vanilla in it. I realized after couple days I felt better and my intestines wasn't hurting anymore and having regular BM again. My hair been falling out and really fatigue, my doctor told me stop taking it. I was trying to support local. My husband brought the receipt with unopend container and did tell the associate he didn't want the gift card and she told him to go sell it after. I already email the owner and ask if I can go and buy the same product with gift card and the associates can return it back on my debit card. The owner never reply to it. I already told the owner I cannot buy any products from his store due to sensitivity. The owner finally replyed on google review, saying he standing by his associates and the gift card is not redeemed, I have a store credit. So he is not returning my money because he is a cheap and poor business man. At the end I guess he is not that wonderful person everybody is raving about. The owner is refusing to return my money and knowing I cannot use my store credit at his store, plus he is the owner, he can fix this but refusing and hiding behind his associates.

This is the only protein I will buy, it is locally produced in Thunder Bay and is hands down the best protein on the market. The ingredients in this protein are limited to only what the body actually needs, using many natural ingredients, cutting out unnecessary chemicals that your body doesn't need. The taste is amazing and the price is far below some of the big name proteins. I workout everyday and this is what I reach for afterwards. It's like a tasty, healthy treat.
