The ingredients in this protein are limited to only what the body actually needs, using many natural ingredients, cutting out unnecessary chemicals that your body doesn't need. The taste is amazing and the price is far below some of the big name proteins. I workout everyday and this is what I reach for afterwards. It's like a tasty, healthy treat.
