AMAZING Dairy Alternative

Who knew tofu could taste this good?! Tofutti is a great brand and I have loved both their sour cream and their cream cheese substitutes. I actually enjoy them more than the dairy versions. Wish it was carried in more grocery stores, because other brands are just not as tasty!

Smells and tastes like play-doh.

I think this might be one of those genetic things, like people who hate cilantro because it tastes like soap.

So many people say this is the best alternative and that it tastes just like the real thing, but it seriously tastes like children's paint to me haha.

It worked well mixed into my borscht, but ruined my pierogies! Just not for me.

Good

A good vegan sour cream, but bland. Doesn't taste anything like actual sour cream, but the texture and consistency is like sour cream. Great with tacos! A bit pricey and I only found it at the vegan store.

An excellent non-dairy option!

My kids eat a vegan diet, so I'm always looking for good dairy-free substitutes for mainstream items. The Tofutti Sour Cream product was a satisfying option for us. I myself consume dairy, but in tasting this product, I'm happy to enjoy this one along with my kids.

It has a rich flavour, and a smooth, pleasant mouth feel. It works great on tacos, and we enjoy it with Perogies as well. It is a little bit pricier than the normal Dairy Sour Creams out there, but I find we don't use that much so it goes a long way.

I have served it to omnivores in my home and it was very well received.

Taste like playdough alone

Sadly this product is not super great on its own and it's just okay on top of a meal. It's smells literally like kids playdough. I wouldn't try this product again.
