This review is for the salted caramel flavour.
Perhaps I'm a bit bias based on my usual preference for the standard Chapstick brand lip balm, but I was skeptical when I saw the price tag ($10.00 at Sephora, for 19.85 grams), however I decided to get it because I had a gift card, and I love caramel.
I was very impressed with the flavour (and scent, you can smell it for ages), and I was even more impressed when the cashier recommended it for dry knuckles in the winter. At $10 a container, I wouldn't use it for my hands all the time, but when the harsh, dry, winter air makes your knuckles crack, it works a lot faster than most lotions I've used.
While I wouldn't recommend it on a low-budget, I do love it, and will probably buy it again.
My only real quality complaint would have to be that because the container is metal, if it gets too cold, the lid tightens and that can be hard to open again, but putting a little bit of the balm around the rim where the lid connects has solved that problem for me.

I absolutely love the Tokyo Milk lip balm. The lavender flavour is so mild and the balm itself I find to be very moisturizing - I stopped using my eos balms when I picked this one up. I find this to require fewer applications to keep my lips moisturized. I would definitely purchase in other flavours!

I think the packaging is fun and the scents are unusual but the balm could use more moisture. You have to rub your fingers in the tin to heat it up. It's probably not great on sensitive lips. I think the scent could have more strength as well.
