Not only can I say I have enjoyed the product, but also the customer service department. I have now owned my straightener for 6 months and started having troubles with the power not staying on. I emailed Toni&Guy;and received an email response the next day. They asked me to contact Helen Of Troy, their electrical manufacturers so they can assist me. I not only had an email response in my inbox within 30 minutes but here is there response :

Please provide me with the model number to this appliance and your address so I may replace this straightener for you with a new one. Since you are in Canada you need not return the appliance back to our company. We only ask that you cut the cord from the appliance as a safety precaution (so no one will use it). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am very impressed!!!
