Formula: This product is very creamy and all your need is a little dab for application. It was easy to blend in and left a nice refreshing feel all around my eyes. I used it on the lids and underneath as a concealer. Hollywood Medium is too dark on lighter skin tones, it leaves a weird peachy-orangy coloration all around your eyes. And while it does cover up the dark circles due to that peachish hue it stands out too much on lighter skin tone. I had this weird dark coloring all around my eyes that looked unnatural. I actually gave it to my mother because her skin tone is medium and she found it to be too dark on her skin as well, she didn't like this either. I liked that it didn't interfere with your other eye products and it wasn't irritating to my sensitive eyes.
Wear: The formula did not wear long at all, there was creasing within a couple of hours and my eye shadows didn't look any better than with this product applied underneath. My eyes aren't puffy but sometimes in the morning they are and this didn't change that in any dramatic way. I find this to work best as a concealer if it matches your skin and not work well at all as a shadow base.
Bottom line: The short duration that this product lasted on my eyes as well as the noticeable creasing made me not like it. The only good quality was the concealing part although I would have to have it in another shade because Hollywood Medium is rather dark and peachy looking on me. I might consider giving it another try if they re-stock the London shade otherwise I don't think I would purchase it again. I feel women with medium dark skin tones would benefit from it's under eye concealing benefits and suggest lighter skin tones avoid this color
