I got this eye liner in a palette set. All the products I loved, except for this eyeliner. It's called Glossy Black. I find the pencil to be too soft and goes on quiet thick (it's very hard to control the thinnes/thickness of the line). It smudges pretty easy. If you're looking for that, than it works. But I wasn't looking to smudge. Also, it flakes and gets everywhere. For the cost $20-$30 range, there are other better quality eyeliners out there.
