Topshop Lip Paint is kind of like a lip gloss/lipstick hybrid; it goes on like a gloss, but dries matte like a lipstick - no gloss stickiness! Colour pigment is great. The orange is vibrant and has no shimmer or sparkle. It does need to be reapplied throughout the day, but I have no major complaints.
