No tthe worst, but not the best.

In general, bamboo works well as a cutting surface but I find it isn't as substantial as a traditional wood board so chopping food is a little noisier and the board moves around more easily.
On the plus side, their light weight makes the boards easier to handle for wiping clean, treating, storage, etc.
I would buy this formaldehyde-free brand again.
