Sparkles Do Not Show

Decent eyeliner. Goes well on my waterline and doesn't fade. I have the shade "Jardin". It's dark brown with green sparkles, although i don't really see any sparkles when applying..I only see the sparkles on the pencil tip itself which is a little disappointing. All in all, it's a nice normal liner.
