Good even for those not gluten free

I have purchased this before for a work potluck because some colleagues are gluten-free. Though I am not, I found this stuffing to be not only easy to make but also very tasty! I would happily buy it again to serve others.

I find the highest benchmark for GF products is being able to serve them to everyone--and everyone ends up happy. This is definitely the case for TJ's GF Stuffing Mix.

One caveat: I recommend putting in 1/2 the seasoning packet and then adding to taste. It's very salty. I use the leftovers in the crockpot with chicken for an additional meal.

Another Bonus: DO use the bread cubes without the seasoning packet for breakfast casseroles and bread pudding. I was excited to be able to make bread pudding again.

During Thanksgiving season for the United States, we make sure to buy extra.
