I enjoy this tea right before bed!

The taste isn’t the greatest, however you eventually adapt to it. I do enjoy drinking this tea about an hour before bed, I feel really relaxed and I feel I sleep better with this. I do recommend drinking it black-no milk or sugar as that makes it taste a lot worse. Overall, it’s a good product and I buy a box every few months.

I trust this brand. I am having a cup of this tea as we speak. It is calming and I think it is helpful. Definitely comforting and nice to drink in bed at night.

Calming

I suffer from sleep issues for as long as I can remember, it seems to go in waves where sometimes medication is required. For the times where I don't need a medicated sleep aid but I am a bit stressed out and have some anxiety I will brew a cup of this tea and read a book before bed.
This tea works better for me compared to any other brand, it might be a bit more expensive, but it's totally worth it to get a good nights sleep. The taste is mildly bitter with hints of mint, orangey citrus and spice. I can feel the effects after about 20 minutes or so, my mind and body starts become calm, anxiety starts to fade and I have a window of about 10 minutes once I start to feel the effects, that I need to go to bed, if I miss this window I am SOL. The one aspect that sets this tea apart is that I stay asleep for a good 5-6 hours without waking up.
A positive is also they do not use bleach on the paper bag, I only recently read that most tea brands use bleach and was quiet shocked, thankfully Traditional Medicinal's does not!

This tea is great!

I purchased a bunch of this tea when it was on sale at Shopper's Drug Mart and I love it so much! The taste is great and it makes me sleepy within about 15 minutes of drinking it. I also love the little insperational quotes on the string of the tea bag. I totally recomend this tea.

I like this brand. It does what it claims to, that is it helps one relax, it is entirely natural and what's more, it's organic. It's pricey, yes, but organic always costs more.

In my opinion it doesn't taste great but when you feel you need a warm, calming beverage before bed, this should do the trick. However, I suggest you try before you buy it because one of my friends felt queasy / her stomach hurt after having it.

I like this tea. When I'm looking for something warm right before bed, this is usually what I go for. I guess my only hangup is that this tea is a bit expensive, but it does work very well as a nighttime tea, so I'm willing to let that go in exchange for the benefits. I'm also not completely sold on the taste. It's good, really, but there's just some underlying after taste that bothers me. Overall this tea is a pleasant way to end the day, and helps me sleep without making me feel drugged.
