It works!

I suffer from terrible mensural cramps and usually relied on pain killers, until I discovered this. I brew a cup of this in the morning and keep adding water to the cup using the same bag and sip through out the day, I get like 3-4 cups from one bag. I no longer need tabs!

ps- I use this only when I am having my period and I checked with my doctor before using this long term, as it suggested on the packaging.

Useful for women

A very nice herbal tea, especially beneficial for women's health. I've been suffering from anemia for couple months due to female health issues, and I've decided to try out this tea. I must say, I didn't expect it to be so useful! I've drunk it according to the instructions on the package, at least 2-3 times a day. For best results, I recommend to drink it together with Traditional Medicinals Organic Nettle Tea.

I'm on my 4th package of this

This tea has saved me during my period. It descreases the cramps, which in turn makes me a whole lot happier. Not only does it help with cramps, it taste amazing. I add a dash of coconut milk to it for the creaminess. A great product, fair price, and I keep going back to the store to get it.

Always in my cupboard

This is great stuff. I drink a lot of it on my menstrual cycle. It helps a great deal. I love this brand and the fact that it is organic. It is defiantly worth the money and you can feel good about drinking it, cause you know its natural. I add a bit of sugar in mine and it tastes delicious. Always have it in my cupboard.

I bought this product when I was 20 weeks pregnant. I heard such great reviews on drinking this while your pregnant too strengthen your uterus and help ease the delivery process. I started drinking it at 20 weeks of my pregnancy a couple days a week until my water broke at 38 weeks. 5 hours in labor and first child. I love the taste of this drink it has a nice hint of raspberry in it and a bit of bitterness in the end. If you don't like the bitterness you can easily add honey or sugar too sweeten it up. The product also is great for people who suffer from menstrual symptoms. I can't speak for that as I don't have period problems but my friend does and she says it helps with her cramps not be so severe, But a reminder you have to drink at least 2-4 cups a day too help with those symptoms. Even if you aren't concerned about drinking this tea for those reasons its still a great soothing tea and contains tons of vitamins in it. I buy this at Nutters for 6.99$ a box.
