Works well

I was not a big fan of hairsprays until recently I found out that there are hair sprays that doesn't make my hair feel crunchy. I liked how it sprayed lightly that I had control yet did not clump my hair in chunks. My hair still felt flowy. We've had quite a lot of rain lately and the holding power was still good. I only had huge hairsprays in the past and I liked how this one was smaller in size so I could travel with it.

Great everyday styling product!

Just received my free TRESemmé Compressed Micro Mist™ Hair Spray in the mail last Friday. I tried it for a newborn photo session yesterday and was impressed with the way it gave my hair volume. I am a dress and go kind of girl so I don't like spending too much time on styling my hair but I have to say this product is perfect for everyday use. It's light, smells nice and gives my fine hair some volume that last at least half a day.

I rarely use hairspray because it usually had a strong smell that I can’t tolerate and leaves my hair feeling like a rock. However, this hairspray is amazing! It held my look, didn’t make my hair look greasy, and the smell was much lighter than other sprays.

I would definitely buy this again!

I received the TRESemmé Compressed Micro Mist™ Hair Spray for free and I'm grateful that I did. I don't typically use hairspray very often and would have been hesitant to give this a try if I saw it in store, but now that I've tried it I would buy it again. It helped with the flyaways that I always get after flat ironing my hair and it didn't leave a sticky residue. Unfortunately it smells like hairspray always does, which has that kind of chemical scent to it, but it's also not overpowering and I find it doesn't linger either.

Strong Hold

This strong hold hairspray from Tresemme works well as expected. It sprays evenly, smells nice, and gives a strong hold. My hair feels a bit "crispy" after spraying, however since this is the strongest level of the holds, this is expected. Despite its "crispiness," this hair spray will relax after combing or sleeping on it. Also, it does not make my hair look overly stiff - my hair did not lose all of its natural movement. Overall, I am happy with the effective hold of this hairspray - it lasted all day (as long as I didn't brush or touch my hair too much).

Just tried

So I tried this spray out this weekend, and my hairstyle stayed in place for 2 days now. I love how affective it is and the lasting power. Will purchase again, the packaging is really cute and thin.

Great hold without the crunch.

I love a great messy bun but I am growing out my hair and have flyaways for days. I like to use a strong hold hairspray but find that they usually leave me with crunchy hair that needs to be washed right away. I got to try Tresemme micro mist in hold level 3 to try and meet my hold and uncrunchy needs. It worked great! My flyaways were tamed and my hair still felt soft afterwards. Win win!

As far as hair sprays go I found this worked only marginally better than what I normally use. The scent was as expected for hairspray and not overwhelming at all. The scent quickly dissipated :) It held up for my night out quite well! Very little fly aways and very little volume lost by the end of the night. 4/5 Would buy!

Refreshing take on hairspray

I enjoyed using this hairspray. The main reason I use hairspray is mostly to tame the flyaways from my pony tail, so some other sprays can leave my hair looking crunchy. This spray was perfect for just that. The smell was light, it held well enough.

For those times I actually really need hairspray to hold, say an updo in place, this spray would probably be a bit light for that.

Great for fine hair!

Thanks to Chickadvisor for allowing me to test out the Tresemme Compressed micro mist hairspray in boost! I have very thin, fine wavy/curly hair. I find most hairsprays are too heavy on my fine hair and leave it feeling weighted and hard. This spray is a very fine light mist which helps keep some volume in my hair. Not only does it smell great but it isn't overly powerful. The only thing is it doesn't last the whole day because it's such a light coat. Overall I am impressed it didn't leave me with crunchy hair and it did give me a nice lift just sadly not for the whole day. I've shared the love with my mom and let her use the hairspray too. She has short fine hair and it works well for her. Mine is longer so it does need a little more power!
