Works well for the price!

For the price point, this is amazing. It does it's job and holds my curls in place for most of the day, some of it started to come out late evening. But otherwise my hair smelt pleasant and it wasn't crunchy. I would definitely consider buying this again! Thank you chickadvisor for introducing this to me!

Bon fixatif à prix raisonnable

J'ai eu le chance d'essayer gratuitement le fixatif Compressed Micro Mist niveau 3 de TRESemmé. La bruine légère permet d'appliquer le produit uniformément sur la chevelure sans en mettre trop et sans alourdir. Le parfum léger du fixatif est agréable. La bouteille est attrayante. Il donne du volume tout en laissant les cheveux souples pour une apparence naturelle. Bon fixatif pour un produit vendu en grande surface, mais je préfère tout de même les marques de salon. Il peut toutefois faire un bon compromis qualité/prix.

Not too Heavy!

I received this hair spray to be tested by Chick advisor. I liked the fragrance and the fact that it was very light on hair. It didn't make my hair crunchy or stiff, which most of the hair sprays do. I have curly hair with lot of flyways. I was hoping it t hold my curls I shape all day long but after sometime the tiny ones were flying around. I really hoped that little bit of this spray will do wonders to my hair but I'm little bit disappointed.

Works Alright

I always struggle with keeping curls in my hair lasting all day. I've used products from CHI in the past, and always have to spray a lot on in order to keep my curls lasting. Using the "normal" amount of product from Tresemme was unfortunately not enough to hold my curls for most of the day. It did help if I loaded up on it, but of course, I am still on the hunt for that magic product! It may be because my hair is fine and long, so that it's difficult to sustain those bouncy waves all day. I think this product will work well on others who don't have the same hair issue as myself!

Light Spray, Natural Finish

I had the opportunity to try TRESemmé Boost Compressed Micro Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 3 courtesy of ChickAdvisor. I have very curly hair that is susceptible to frizz under humid conditions, but I don't like to weigh down my curls with hair products. TRESemmé Boost Compressed Micro Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 3 lightly, but effectively, distributes product over your hair, providing a firm, but natural hold. I like the sleek product design. The only thing that I do not like is the scent. I find it very unpleasant! Overall, I enjoyed my experience with this product.

Firstly, the design of the hair spray can is great! The shape of the can makes it easy for the hand to hold to spray the product into hair. The hair spray itself has a fresh, semi fruity scent. Once sprayed, it's lightweight and doesn't provide a stiff/crunchy texture some hair sprays sometimes have. The hair spray provided volume, didn't weigh down my hair, and kept my styled hair in place for the entire day.

I would recommend the Hold Level 3 to anyone who wants volume (or extra volume) in their hair and/or to those who have trouble keeping their hair styled throughout the day.

Great if you don't mind the scent!

I don't always use hairspray, as I'm always concerned to end up with "helmet head", so when I was able to try out a newer formula for free, by ChickAdvisor, I was pretty excited.

I'm not much of a hair girl, slowly I'm learning what works and helps with my short hair, one thing I'm always looking for is volume. This hair spray does help and as it says, no stickyness, the hair is still touchable, but there is some hold! I love the "hourglass" shape and how much smaller the bottle is, without decreasing the amount of product. It fits in your hands nicely, the sprayer is nice, not to powerful, so you're not getting blasted with more hairspray than you want, which seems to happen pretty often to me.

So I like the bottle/packaging and the product, but I'm not a fan of the scent. It's not strong, but it is that old school hairspray scent. It linger a bit, when I touch my hair, I smell it stronger. So it's not fully a deal breaker, but it is something that should be mentioned.

Lightweight hairspray that does the job!

I got this product free to try. I really like this hair spray since it is super light weight, smells amazing and when you spray it on your hair, it doesn't lump your hair together. When I tested this product, I did a hairdo that required extra hold so I ended up using a lot of the hair spray. However, this didn't create too much stickiness or did it make my hair feel heavy. After trying this hairdo out, I immediately released my hair from the clips I used to hold up the hairdo. This was great as it gave my hair so much volume! I found a new way to give my hair volume without having to tease it! The price is what I would expect as well and quite comparable to other hairsprays that I have used before. I would recommend it to someone who needs volume in their hair like I do!

Good value

I got this product free from the ChickAdvisor Review Club! The first thing I said when I opened my package was, ooh I like this can. I am not too crazy about the smell because it smells like how you would think hairspray smells which isn't anything special. I am not actually sure about making it frizz free as I used it while my hair was up but it held my top knot up pretty well without making it hard and crunchy! I would recommend!

Innovative Lifechanger

The #TRESemmeMicroMist hairspray comes in a sleek newly designed bottle. Compared to the traditional hairspray cans with the same amount of hairspray, this one is 2-3 times thinner. It is even further slimmed in the middle of the can in an hourglass shape. I have small hands and I can grip this hairspray and control it much better. The sleek can is also space saving on my counter! Its a good value for something different on the shelf. @ChickAdvisor sent me the "3 Boost" and it was effective in bringing up my flat hair. However I would be interested in comparing the scents and effectiveness of the rest of the line "1 Texture" and "2 Smooth"as well.
