Felt even dirtier after applying

I love dry shampoos and rely on them a few times a month. I have tried about 8 different kinds and this by far was the worse one I tried. It smelled ok but it left these white balls (bit bigger than dandruff) all in my hair. I had to get a shower to wash it out. I don’t care if it’s free, I won’t use it again!

All I ask of a dry shampoo is that after spraying it my hair doesn't look greasy anymore, I mean, that's basically what the product is. That and a good scent. This Tresemme dry shampoo fails utterly at both. Hair is still greasy and smells terrible. Good price, but simply doesn't work.
