Made my hair extremely dry

I used to use Tresemme shampoo many years ago and thought it was great. Fast forward to now and I thought I'd start using it again, but it dried my hair out SO badly. My hair has never felt so horribly dry and straw-like. I kept trying to use it to get through the bottle but it got so bad I had to switch to something else and after I switched, my hair instantly started improving.

You get what you pay for

I have thick but fine hair, colour treated and highlighted but otherwise very healthy. I usually use my salon brand shampoo and conditioner, but last month I was broke as a joke so I decided to try something new from the drug store. NEVER AGAIN. TRESemme left my hair very tangled. It felt stiff and "crisp" for lack of a better descriptor - definitely not super-moisturized as I was expecting from the name. I only used the products for about a week before I broke down and went back to the salon formulas. My hair has sinced thanked me.

It didn't work for me!

My mom got me this shampoo as she swears by it but I didn’t like it, it made my hair to get all tangled. Smell is nice and I guess it washed my hair ok but nope thanks. I also check the price and it isn’t cheap.

I find that it takes a HANDFUL of shampoo to get enough lather and it seems I need to add a little extra most times to make it feel like it has lathered enough to clean my hair.
I also find I HAVE to wash daily when using this product as my hair is greasy otherwise.

As a moisurizing shampoo I thought it would make my hair easier to comb out but I still had to use a conditioner to get the comb through my hair. if you dont have long hair it would probably be ok, but for long hair , at least my hair I didnt like it
