I pretty much think most of these shampoos show similar results. Smells decent, leaves your hair soft, helps prevent damage etc. This shampoo was all of the above. Continued use and you might see improvement in your hair strength. I used it once and didn't notice a change.

I got this on sale, which made it worth trying. I have hair down to my waist, and I was looking for something to work really well. This one smells nice, and leaves my hair silky. BUT it's way too heavy for me to lift. I am handicapped, and I only have use of one arm, and this is awkward to use in the big bottle. I can transfer it to smaller bottles, but to me that's just a real bother.

I didn't notice any difference from other shampoos. It doesn't strengthen hair (I don't even understand how it could) but I don't care about added benefits, I just want a shampoo that cleans for cheap and this is that product.

Well I never thought I'd give any TRESemme product anything but a full 5-star, but this one struck out for me. Top points as usual for the price point, but I have extremely fine hair, and even after using this for a month, did not notice any great difference in volume.

It leaves your hair smelling ok, as for strengthing it did not really make a difference, it bought it on sale at a very good price and decided to give it a try, was definitely not for me.

Ce shampoing n'est définitivement pas pour moi, je ne sais pas si c'est parce que j'ai les cheveux épais , mais le fait est qu'après quelques utilisations j'ai commencé à avoir des pellicules. Ce problème s'est réglé quand j'ai changé de marque de shampoing . Le prix pour la quantité est très bien , pour celle qui aime ce shampoing c'est un bon achat , mais moi je l'ai détesté.

This was the first shampoo I bought during my transitioning and it stripped my hair too much after each wash. It does lather well but it just isn't what my hair type needs.

I have thin hair and I decided to try the TRESemme strengthening shampoo. It does a decent job of cleaning my hair. The shampoo is thick. However, I didn't notice too much of a difference in strengthening my hair. May buy this product in the future.

I didn't really like this shampoo. I didn't feel like it cleaned my hair at all. After washing and drying my hair, my hair didn't feel nice at all, it felt heavy.
