strong smell, but amazing results

I was given the opportunity to try this for free. The bottle is light, I like the curve it has. When spraying, the product comes out like a mist, but the scent is a strong perfume, which I didn't like, however the scent didn't last long. My hair wasn't crunchy or hard, no residue whatsoever. Hair stayed in place. Couldn't even tell I had used hair spray. #gotitfree

This is a great hairspray. I didnt use the whole bottle yet, but it is half the size of their regular hairspray and sprays just as well. Light hold. I like it a lot!

Great product ...good price

I was recently selected to try out the TRESemme Compressed Smooth Hairspray Hold Level 2 , I just love the product it was very good , my hair did not feel hard and dry in fact it felt as if i did not spray anything on to it, Great product thank you chick advisor for giving me a chance to try it out .

Just right for what I need

I have bought Tresemmé’s hairspray products in the past and have always found that they meet my needs. No one likes hairsprays that make their hair too crunchy, but there is a delicate balance between crunchiness and effectiveness. The Hold Level 2 worked well for me in the regard, but I might also like to try a Hold Level 1. I have long hair and usually only use hairspray to keep my bangs in place when I clip them back, or to tame frizzies. So perhaps a Hold Level 2 is better suited for someone with shorter hair and/or more demands from their hairspray than me. Nevertheless, I like this new compressed micro mist. I’m not sure what they have changed about it, but it feels like it sprays less harshly and I can mist my hair much easier than with their previous cans.

I do like the product itself; however, I must disclose that I do not support Unilever as a brand. While they have made a statement saying they do not test on animals, they do however use ingredients that may have been tested on animals. Tresemmé is one of their brands that has not been certified by PETA or Leaping Bunny as Cruelty-Free. Until Unilever chooses to stop supporting the use of ingredients from countries that test on animals, I cannot recommend this product.

Crunch free hold

Was excited to try out this Tresemme Smooth Compressed Micro Mist Hair Spray Hold Level 2 courtesy of ChickAdvisor. First impressions was the can was the perfect size to hold firmly in my hand and maneuver. The spray is smooth and a nice light mist and smelt much better then a normal hair spray. I used it just to keep my bangs out of my face mainly and a little body in my hair and it held up well. It didnt make my hair feel crunch or stiff like most hair sprays. It looked natural but somehow everything stayed where I wanted it. Really enjoyed this product.

It’s a new favourite

I was so excited to get this product free from chickadvisor tontry for review. As someone with fine, frizzy and hard to style hair finding a hairspray that doesn’t weigh my hair down is hard and using smoothing creams and sprays are out of the question as they do the same leaving it greasy looking. The micromist spray allows me to gradually build my hold depending on my style for the day without overapplying while keeping my fly-aways and baby hairs in check! Even the slim contoured bottle is genius and a nice change from my normal larger Tressemme can! I will definitely be adding this product to my hair care arsenal!

Finally a smoothing hairspray!!

I have used a few hairsprays in my life but this one is a keeper!!! I like to style my hair and have it hold for at least 3-4 hours if not more without the moulded crispy dry look that most hairsprays give. This gives such a beautiful sleek healthy finish but also allows movement in the hair which makes it look so natural. My curls lasted all evening and looked great. Even when I ran my fingers through my curls, they still held the curls. Amazing product with a light and pleasant fragrance too. Win win!!

Natural looking and feeling hair

I was really impressed with this product, usually hair sprays give me this nasty plastictiky/glueye feel to my hair, where it's very rigid and impossible to comb. This product (which is a fine mist) does not make my hair plasticy, but somehow provides excellent hold. I haven't used it for any very elaborate hair-do, but i used it on my fine "fly-aways" and they were in check for the whole night! and next day my hair was easy to comb, and they hair didnt feel glued together. Plus the bottle is super curvy and cute, I always rich for this tresemme bottle instead of my usual boring bottles. LOVE!
