Nope, uh uh, NEVER again!

This product is NOT for Afro-Ethnic hair types. Don’t walk away from this, run!!! Despite coating my hair with this product, I now have heat damage and used the dryer on a mild heat setting about 8-10 inches away from my head (I have a combination of 4A/b/c hair).

This product made for a terrible experience after blowing my hair out for the first time in 3 years. When I washed my hair, it didn’t revert. I figured it would do so after a couple more washes. Nope! My once beautiful coils are now waves that are reminiscent of its glory days.

Btw, my mom also used this on her hair (4A/4B) and was mortified with the results. It left our hair feeling dry and filmy. Perhaps this would be a good buy for other hair types however, if you have type 4 hair, use at your own risk. Please heed this cautionary tale.

didn't work for me :-(

might just be my hair and maybe it works for others but I did not find that this product protected my hair from heat damage, I bought it before last winter when I started using my heated styling tools again and my hair felt dry and not soft to the touch at all

Not good with my dry curly hair

Used this to help straighten my hair with a flat iron. While it smells okay,it did nothing for frizz. Instead of a curly frizzy mess,I had a straight frizzy mess. Not a fan of this one.

Does not work well for heat protection

Decent smell, however I found that my hair had more damage after using this product and hoping for heat protection. After a few uses, my ends were more damaged and I chalked it up to this product. After visiting the salon for a touch up trim and hair treatment, I was back to my happy, healthy hair. Sadly, I do not recommend this product.

I wasn't very impressed with this product

I was a little disappointed with this product. I found it made my hair feel kinda gross and weighed down. Usually I love thief products but this was a no go. On a side point t it does smell really nice though

Tresemme

My hair did not feel so great after using this product and my scalp got pretty irritated. I would imagine it does the job when it comes to heat protection, but I really did not like how my scalp and hair felt after using this product.

Wouldn't purchase again

I tried this to protect my hair from heat that I was using everyday to style. I didn't feel like it made any difference after using it everyday for a month. My hair still felt like it was being damaged by the heat from my styling tools.

Doesn't work

This product I felt made my hair feel sticky and dry and then when I'd go to straighten or blow dry it felt very brittle and straw like. Would not use this product again.

Not for me.

I really didn't care for this at all. Made my hair feel heavy and weighed down. This is definatly not for me. I have very fine hair so I could really feel how heavy my hair felt.

Don't like this

Wouldn't purchase. Makes my hair greasy, doesn't smell so good and smells burnt when I curl my hair or even straighten my hair. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone
