This is a good heat spray to use on the hair before blowdrying and styling it with a curling iron or straightener. It smoothes my hair a bit too which is nice. Recommend to everyone for an effective yet cheap heat styling spray to protect your hair from heat damage.

I been looking for good heat spray for a while for using during curling and blow drying my hair and finally found Tresemme spray. It works very well,i did not notice any damage to my fine hair. They look shiny and soft. all in all very happy with the product. I would recommend Tresemme thermal creations heat tamer spray to all my friends.

I love this heat tamer spray, I straighten my hair quite often and this spray helps to keep my hair looking healthier. It is around $6 for a bottle and lasts a fairly long time.

This is a really good product because it is reasonably priced and it does last a long time. I would recommend this product to people and it does a good job at protecting your hair from heat.

I've been using this product for a while. I can tell when I haven't used it as my hair will be much more unmanageable. That being said, I really only like using it when I blow-dry my hair, not when I straighten or curl. I find when using straighteners after putting it in my hair it makes the hair stick together and not have as much of a bounce to it. Overall though, I would still recommend it, especially when used for drying your hair.

Sadly my locks do not suit the #TRESemme thermal creations heat tamer spray and it is for that reason I am unable to recccomend it, only as it was far too heavy of a formula for my fine hair. Having said that if you find your hair needs a cage and whip this may be the taming spray for you! On my hair if I use the spray sparingly I do not notice much in the way of improvement however too much and my hair is oily, and limp. I do enjoy the light smell and I do find my hair is a bit shinier after using the spray. Likely will not purchase this spray again only as it is not as effective on my hair as I had hoped.

my daughter and i both use this product we have wild untamed hair which we straighten daily , love using this product, would tell friends about it , not always easy to find a product that works like this one does would buy again very happy

I am prone to dry, split ends so I use this spray to protect my hair and it really does the job well. My hair feels soft and silky and it shields it from heat and other abuse i put my hair through using a blow dryer and straightener.

I've been using this heat protectant spray for about 2mnths it has become a holy grail product for me I love the smell and it removes tangles and really protects the hair from heat damage. I put heat on my hair daily from blow dryer curling irons and you really need a good hair protectant if you want to keep the condition of your hair. The price is great and easily found in any drug store and lives up to expectations of any higher end brand I highly recommend.
