It's great to use to protect your hair from heat damage.

I have been using this Heat Tamer for years. I like the smell, and I like the non-greasy feeling it gives to my hair! I spray a little extra on the ends when my hair is damp and then use my blow dryer, or I spray it on just before styling with my straightener or curling wand. I feel that it definitely helps my hair from becoming too damaged from the heat!

I just remembered I have a coupon for Tresemme from Shopper's Drug Mart. Yay! I actually really like the TRESemme heat tamer spray. I don't often straighten, curl, or blow dry my hair anymore, as it's very long and the less I play with it, the healthier it is (also, it takes FOREVER), but I did when it was not quite as long. This did really feel like it helped some, and it also made my hair feel softer. I might purchase another one, as around the holidays I do my hair here and there just to feel dressier.

After trying the Tresseme keratin smooth heat spray, I've just continually gone back to this one. Despite there being a ton of heat protectant sprays on the market, for the price, this one beats them all. I have noticed such a difference in my hair ever since using heat protectant. The spray nozzle is good and provides an even distribution of product, and sometimes I just spray into my hand and run through my hair, or spray onto my hairbrush and distribute it that way. Smells fresh and clean, and never weighs down my hair.

I have thin hair that gets fuzzy and flyaways. Also gets easily burned at the ends. I used to use this and thought it was light and left my hair smooth. I stopped using it for a while, I forget why. After a few months I noticed lots of split ends. I mean A LOT! I realize this had been protecting my hair. So I started using it again and slowly, my hair is sealing up. I love that it's light for my thin hair and I do spray a lot. And still doesn't weigh my hair down.

I buy this for my daughter who straightens or curls her hair depending on her mood. It protects her hair from drying out or getting burnt. Best protection we've found so far.

I definitely notice a difference when I use this protectant spray and when I don't. Gives my hair additional grip/texture, which helps with styling, while also performing its main function, which is protecting my hair from heat damage.

Very affordable, I don't love the smell, but in my opinion, it's the best option out there at the mass/drugstore level.

Worth a try if you heat style your hair, particularly if you use a flat iron.
