Not impressed

I wasn't impressed buy this shampoo and conditioner set from Tresseme. It left a build up feeling on my hair and didn't make it feel clean. The conditioner is far too heavy for my fine hair.

Far from impressed. My hair went from silky smooth to rough and dry. I'd wash my hair and have clumps fall out after use. This would not happen with other shampoos. I would not recommend!

i've tried this product a few different times through the year thinking it just the weather... though it makes my scalp real itchy.... maybe my hormones because i loved it when i was pregnant with my last child... just a bit over a year ago... now disappointed because i like the smell

This product isn't good. It left my hair smelling nice but it left my hair so dry looking and did nothing for it. Maybe that's why it usually is so cheap.

Found that made my scalp very dry, bought for color treated hair and it didn't seem to work as well as others.

It mafe my hair look greasy!! Not gonna use again

Have used this before but did not like it. Just not what I thought it would be. My hair seemed drier after use so I give it away.Wasn't impressed

Smells bad, feels gross, and worst of all if you don't like it, you still have to use the whole huge bottle.

Really have been disappointed lately,my hair comes out worse than it was before.i do not reccomend,seems really poor quality!

I feel just a bit bad for giving this shampoo & cond' combo such a bad review, but I can't in good conscience give it anything more. I first bought it 'cuz it was on sale and I figured that I've heard of this company, they sell it everywhere, so it can't be that bad! My hair's not really too picky so I thought it'd work fine for me. How wrong I was... Even while massaging the shampoo into my hair, my hair didn't feel soft at all. It actually felt really rough and straw-like. Normally in the shower conditioners make my hair feel super silky and soft, this one didn't. It just felt like a thicker version of the shampoo. The smell was unpleasant (smelled a bit like cleaning products). I could have stood all of this if after coming out of the shower I didn't rough straw hair coming out in clumps!! Really, clumps! I could feel my heart thump heavily and thinking oh God i'm going bald in my 20s! Anyways after the melodrama I figured perhaps something in my diet made me react like that, perhaps I was just having an off day, etc. and decided to give it another try. To no avail. Same results. I didn't mention anything to my hubby, hoping it suits him at least cuz otherwise I have 2 huge bottles of unusable product. He actually complained to me that it made his hair feel really rough. I had my mom try it and she said the same thing. So really this review is from me (thick wavy hair), my husband (short curly hair) and my mom (fine wavy hair) and we all hate the product. It's really unfortunate because this is one of the cheapest shampoo / cond' on the shelves. But maybe there's a reason for that...

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. You only have one head of healthy hair. Better to spend the few extra bucks and get a product that won't strip you of your hair way before your time.
