I really enjoy tresemme hair products. The curl activator worked well, but was a bit fussy. If you didnt let it dry enough your hair looked sticky and if you waited to long it wasn't very effective. Once you get used to it it does a fairly good job of creating long lasting curls.

I needed something that could protect my hair from the curling iron and keep a good hold of the curls themself. Boy was I in luck when I saw this product on sale at Target for 3 bucks.

Pros: it sprays a mist the distributes the product pretty evenly on your hair. It keeps hair curly long after whatever occassion you curled your hair for, without the need for a separate hairspray/holding product.

Cons: when you spray it, it gona get your hair a bit wet which may delay curling time. But you can blow dry it after you spray and before you curl. But since that's double the heat exposure, you gonna need a separate heat protectant for your hair (which, luckily, I already have)

All in all, definitely go for it. The extra effort you put into this step of your curl routine definitely pays off when you sweat your butt off but your hair's still as luciously wavy as the minute you stepped outside.
