Defective Product

I was very excited to try this product. Great concept, good brand, and eye catching packaging! I was very intrigued by the 2 in 1 concept and was fully prepared to try everything this vibrating ring and massager promised to do. Upon taking it out of the package I was impressed with the silky soft feel of it and thought for sure this would provide great stimulation for me and my partner. Maybe it does. I’ll never know. The product is defective. I charged it for 12 hours the first day - it never stopped flashing to indicate it was fully charged. It was completely dead. So I charged it again the next day for 8 hours. Again, same issue. Light never stopped flashing and it’s completely dead. Won’t turn on at all. I have read the instructions thoroughly and am doing the recommended holding down of the on off power button for 3 seconds before short pressing again. I have tried everything suggested and everything else I can’t think of but it never stops flashing and will not turn on. I was so excited for this product and now I’ll never know. Would not recommend.

N'a jamais fonctionné

J'ai reçu le duo vibromasseur +anneau 2 en 1 de Trojan grâce à Butterly et j'étais très excitée de le tester mais après 2 jours à le charger, en suivant toutes les instructions et en changeant le bloc de chargement, sans succès, j'en conclue qu'il est défectueux. La lumière clignote mais il n'est jamais chargé. Je ne le recommande pas.

Defective Vibrator

I was super excited to test this vibrator out, but to my dismay the vibrator does not hold any power. The lights were flashing once plugged it but after 12 hours of being sourced to an outlet and changing this outlet to another, the product still would not turn on no matter what I did from what the instructions advised me to do. I am giving this item a 1-star rating.
