Next time, I'm getting the value size!

I had never heard of powdered peanut butter before, but I'm so glad I found this product! Peanut butter tends to have a lot of sugar and fat with a high calorie count. This powdered peanut butter allows you to avoid that! It tastes great, and you can even adjust the consistency to your liking. I use it in my overnight oats, in shakes and in sauces. In the picture, I made a peanut sauce for my noodles.

I love this product! This product is the result of oil being pressed out of peanuts when/after (not sure) being roasted. This eliminates the fat and so two tablespoons is around 45 calories and less than 4 grams of fat, as opposed to peanut butter which is around 180-190 calories for two tablespoons and 9+ grams of fat. Thus, this product is definitely for those who have weight/diet goals. It is also a popular product amongst fitness enthusiasts.

The texture is definitely different from peanut butter because it lacks the creaminess that the oil in peanuts provide. However, it is tasty and very versatile. I use it as a spread (like peanut butter) as well as in smoothies and baking. It's a very versatile and innovative product. This particular brand is not as sweet as other peanut flour products, but I personally like this because it provides flavour and I can sweeten it if I choose in other ways.

This is one of the oddest food products that I've ever tried, and reminds me of powdered milk. Basically, you take this powdered PB powder and add water, resulting in something that is supposed to resemble and taste like peanut butter....but it doesn't. They advertise it as being lower in calories and 85% less fat..but it's also 85% less in taste and quality.

I'm not sure what demographic or customer this is supposed to appeal to - perhaps those who want the PB flavour without the calories, but are willing to compromise on the taste. For me, I would rather enjoy actual PB and the nutritional benefits of proteins and healthy fats and calories that it has to offer.
