The first time I used TruVision I lost over 60lbs with 5 mile walks. I forgot to eat before taking it and I puked 1 time. After I had my son I tried it again but the problem was they changed the formula and I could not lose weight to save my life. My doctor told me to get off of it or go to the hospital because it made my blood pressure go up so high. I never had a problem with my blood pressure before this or after I stopped using it
