Delicious Fresh Treat

These hedgehog red beans buns are delicious and so cute! I've only ever seen them at T&T;. They are a soft, fresh bun filled with a red bean paste. The red bean paste is thick, sweet, and flavorful. It does not taste like your typical red bean at all.

You make these by putting them in a steamer for 15 minutes. The bun will expand and get softer. When it feels soft and fluffy to the touch, you know it is ready to eat.

I really like these red bean buns. They are freshly made and only available at T&T;Supermarket. When you buy these and are ready to eat them you can put them in the steamer for 15-18 minutes and they are ready to go. The bread is fresh and hot to the touch when it is ready. The inside is light and fluffy. The red bean paste in the middle is sweet and has a dessert-like taste. They are a bit expensive but well worth it.
