TurboTax is foolproof!! I've used this to file my taxes for the last three years and will continue to use it in the future. It is much more convenient that going into a tax service office and is even more affordable! The program asks you a number of questions and then intuits what sections you will need to complete. It walks you through your return step by step! I recommend this to everyone!

Turbotax is a free online tax service. You can do it yourself and save your money! I've used this service for 6 years now, and have never had a problem. It is easy enough for an old school Grammy to do it, so you should have no troubles. The service will e-file your claim for you as well. No mailing, no appointments. From the comfort of your own home and did I mention it's free? They do have options to purchase extra services if need be.
