As the owner/operator of Introvert Green Gifts in Fredericton Junction, NB, I have carried TSC products in my shop for the past 6 months. I must say I am surprised to see this unfavorable and rather uninformed review of TSC's Vanilla Lip Shimmer balm - normally it glides on like a dream, leaving a translucent color/shimmer on the lips. My customers love it. I hope that the offer to re-try the balm is taken and then reviewed again. As with all all-natural products, there is a time frame that they must be used within, as natural products break down more quickly. Turner Soap Company is the only company I currently know of that is 100% all-natural and is also registered with Health Canada, which has very strict guidelines that must be adhered to. I have yet to receive a complaint about ANY of the many TSC products I carry, and the product prices are actually in the lower range for products that claim to be all-natural. I personally know that this company was borne of an honest passion to promote health and wellness for both the body and the environment, and I heartily recommend Turner Soap Company products.

I am sorry that you experienced this with this product. I have only had great reviews until this one and I am assuming if this is only showing up now, you only recently tried this? I put that product in a sample box way back in October of 2012. This is June 2013. That could be one reason the product was not working perfect- as all my products are 100% Natural, there are expiry dates on all products. They work best before that. Or it could be the product was left somewhere in the sun, or in a hot place. I have all instruction on the care of 100% Natural products on my website www.turnersoapcompany.ca. Lip balms have to be kept out of direct line with high temperatures. If this happens it will change the texture of it. I don't use ANY preservatives as Turner Soap Company IS a 100% Natural Product company so shelf life is limited. You also have to realize, that not everyone is into 100% Natural, although I wish they were, for the planet and our own sakes. You will not find 100% Natural products work or perform like commercial type products, but better and in a different way with a bit of care of your products.

I really love this! Not being a fan of goopy lip products, but being a fan of a little sparkle, this ended up being exactly the product for me! It applies smoothly, lasts long, and leaves a lovely shimmer. Not to mention it smells delicious!

I really love the Chocolate Rosemary Shimmer. It leaves my lips nice and soft and smells very good. It is awesome!
