Description

Bella Swan (Stewart) doesn't expect much when she moves to the small town of Forks, Washington, until she meets the mysterious and handsome Edward Cullen (Pattinson) - a boy who's hiding a dark secret: he's a vampire. As their worlds and hearts collide, Edward must battle the bloodlust raging inside him as well as a coterie of undead that would make Bella their prey. Based on the #1 New York Times best-selling sensation by Stephenie Meyer, Twilight adds a dangerous twist to the classic story of star-crossed lovers.

If you are a fan of the books, you'll be disappointed with the movies. The actors are not great and the movie doesn't follow the book. Definitely not cinema at its best, but still entertaining

I like Twilight but I am for sure not one of their tween fans running out and buying everything with Edwards face on it. I think they could have picked anyone else who would have done a better acting job then Kristen Stewart. She was pretty horrible throughout the entire series. I like the idea of the movies and would reccomend them to anyone. BTW..... Team Edward all the way!

I loved these books, but was not crazy about the movies. They seemed a bit cheesy and forced, where as the books were romantic and dreamy.

I first saw this at the theater because I have always loved vampire movies I loved this film I think its a film any age can go to . I am not too found of the girl who plays Bella but the rest of the cast is superb and I can't wait for the next installment coming out. It also influenced me to the read the books which I had never heard of until the movie came out

Just a heads up to readers, I am looking at this with a Twilight lovers point of view :)
    I loved the movie!
Of course you can't beat the book, but you can tell when you watch this movie that they tried. They had characters that fit the vampire family very well, and supporting characters fit the roles as well.

But when it came to Bella(Stewart) I thought she was too nervous all the time, and over playing the act of Bella.

I would recommend this movie for all ages( well most), for children, teenagers, adults, and even elders!
As Stephenie Meyer the writter of Twilight has mentioned before, Twlight is a book/movie that even if you hate vampires you will love it!

This is not your ordinary vampire movie.I originally saw it at the movie theater because my niece wanted to see it,she had read all the books.I have now become a big fan of this series of books and movies. It doesn't have alot of blood and gore like most vamire movies, there's alot of romance and suspense.I highly recommend it! I bought it the first day it came out on dvd also, and it was a 2 disc dvd at best buy for 17.99.well worth every penny !
