#4 in Books

Description

Isabella Swan's move to Forks, a small, perpetually rainy town in Washington, could have been the most boring move she ever made. But once she meets the mysterious and alluring Edward Cullen, Isabella's life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn. This is the the 1st book in the Twilight Saga.

I LOVE the Twilight Series BOOKS (the movies...err...I prefer my fantasy reading from the books.) It's so descriptive, it stays in the main focus and topic, so cool, so thrilling, I don't know if gives me shivers to see what's on the next page, y'know? I also get emotions from the book, like I get mad whenever bella is with Jacob cause HELLO!! IT's Edward, not Jacob :( And it's hard to stop reading, because your always flipping pages CONSTANTLY just to see what is on the next page. When I first got this book, and after Chapter 3-4 is when I couldnt STOP reading, I literally bought it at this Barnes & Noble book store around 10pm, and I stayed awake till 2:30 in the morning, and i finished it all. Woowww, yeah. But its a great book. The whole blood pierce screaming part is scary when you imagine it, but the book is great! I would recommend this to any vampire fiction or fantasy lover!

I don't what it is about this series but i couldn't put them down. I didn't think they were particularily well written but i just couldn't stop reading!
I haven't been caught up in a series like that since Harry Potter.
My house was a mess until i finshed the whole series (which only took me just over a week to read). lol

    I ♥ jacob!! :)

This is my favourite book ever! Im not a big reader and I usually only read when I need to but I read this book at my own leisure and loved it. I read the novel within a week because i could not put it down! Its addicting because it is so good. If you've seen the movie and you loved it then there is no way you wont love this novel! It is way better than the movie and it keeps you entertained and on edge the entire time.If you love romance and vampires theres no way you wont love this novel. I recomend this novel to anyone who has time to read a novel non stop for a week because you cannot put the book down once you've started.

I'm sure everyone who has heard of Twilight knows about the plot so I won't rehash that. Instead I'm going to talk about my mother. She does not really like to read, not a big reader. She hates, HATES, books about vampires and the supernatural. She does not like teen books, or romance books, or teen romance books. And teen romance vampire books? Forget about it.
But I made her read Twilight. And then she asked to borrow New Moon. And then went out and bought the rest of the books. Even if you think you won't like Twilight, give it a chance. You might be surprised.

Do you know how you know when something is really good? When it's the only thing people can talk about (even when all their doing is complaining). yes it's a cheesy romance, yes a lot of it's been done before, yes it breaks and changes some of the "standards" for vampires, yes it's really really good.

I didn't think I was going to like this novel because their was so much teenage swooning over it, and after the first few chapters I was like I really don't understand what all this hype is about. I kept reading and by then end of it I was just as enthralled as my 12 year old sister.

It has the love story. The "perfect" guy. Scratch that...TWO perfect guys. I've been there (minus the whole vampire werewolf thing) so it's believable and totally relate-able. And who doesn't want to be loved completely and unconditionally? It has the paranormal factors. Things you wish were somehow real. It's kind of a perfect fantasy.

Sometimes you need something different to escape into and this is a story I can do just that with. It's one of the only books I've ever re-read. I usually think that once ive read a book there is no need to go back. There are so many books out there why waste time re-reading one? When I don't have something new to read I usually find myself picking this one back up.

People will love it and people will hate it. Personally I'm with the first group.

I know alot of people complain that this book is a rip off of others [like Anne Rice's novels]. A person is allowed to pull an idea from another source and spin it they way they want it. And writing something that's is UTTERLY and TOTALLY original and free of other influences is impossible nowadays when everything is being spun this way and that way and remakes of old films or novels.

That being said this is a book for young adults.. also known as teenagers! But I'm an adult and I do enjoy this novel. It's a cute story that does deserve a serious read at least once. Even if you hate the film [like me].

It's a common and simple concept.. Girl moves to a new town.. Falls in love in a "gorgeous" "young man" who tries to push her away but fails and they fall in love and girl ends up in danger. Clichéd at times but it's a decent story but sometimes the characters aren't believable in things they say or their actions.

This book is worth sometime to read but if you don't want to purchase it than visit your local library and borrow it.

This book was a total copy of Interview with a Vampire. I mean come on! She dreamed it, yeah right after she watched Interview with a Vampire. I mean they don't eat people and they have special powers (exactly the same as Interview with a Vampire). The whole series was a copy. Don't waste your time! If you didn't see Interview with a Vampire, watch it and see the similarities.
