Sleep tea!!!

This tea is delicious!! It has a really lovely taste and I find it very easy to drink! If you want a stronger taste leave your tea bag in for at least 5 minutes but personally the recommended 3 minuets is perfect for

NOT only is this tea so delicious it genuinely helps me get a better nights sleep because I feel relaxed whilst drinking it! I don’t drink it every night but I do drink it ever other night or so! It’s a bit on the expensive side but you do get 20 tea bags & it does also go on offer fairly regularly!
If you like camomile tea I highly recommend trying this one !
