I have a torn rotator cuff and find I have discomfort throughout the night and awaken with pain in my shoulder . Not only did it dull the pain but also I actually slept through the night.

Depending on how challenging your sleep situation is this product can help if you don't need prescription strength meds. I use it on occasion when I'm having trouble unwinding enough to get to sleep (thanks menopause!) but it's pretty gentle compared to other things out there. I don't ever suffer any hangover from them and have even recommended it to other family members who have used it with success. Sleep or a good sleep is so essential to functioning optimally.
