Works like tylenol

This worked like normal Tylenol. Never really noticed anything different with it. Caffeine in it doesn’t seem to do much of anything and that I would just buy normal Tylenol.

Lifesaver

Using this product has literally saved me. I’ve battled with headaches for the past few weeks not being able to sleep properly. Ever since I started taking just one before bedtime i am able to have my full 8 hours of rest.

WORKS WONDERFUL

I was very impressed with the effectiveness of this medication.How fast it worked to get rid of my headache.. I like the fact that it didn't make my stomach. Turn or make me feel like I was on a medication. It alleviated my headache very quickly.

My New Favourite Headache Killer

Before I posted this review I wanted to make sure that I thoroughly tested this product. I get regular headaches and migraines and I tested it on both. I took this on multiple occasions at the beginning of a headache and it took about 10-15 minutes before my headaches were completely gone. I couldn't believe it. These are now my go-to product for headache relief. I believe that the addition of the caffeine really helps get the pain relief going through you and stops the pain fast. As for migraines it did not provide the same relief that it provided for my headaches so I'll have to take something different for that. I still highly recommend this for your regular headaches.

Quick and Effective!

I suffer from regular tension headaches and am always looking for quick acting and effective relief. These do the trick! I have used excedrin which also has caffeine but they’re not available in Canada unless you ship it in for a very high price.

These pills were easy to swallow and brought quick relief within similar results. I am so excited these are now widely available in Canada!

Really helps with my headache and pain during the day. I like how it is ez tabs making it easier to swallow and doesn't have a bad taste when on the mouth.

Just what I needed

I have rheumatoid arthritis and prefer to use an over the counter pain management and this tylenol was spot on for what I needed. All my other medications make me drowsy

Amazing for period headaches and hangovers

This product has been a life saver the last week when my period surprisingly came and brought a massive headache with it. The caffeine helped keep me awake and alert and delivered the relief Tylenol normally does. My partner also tried it when he was hung over and it worked amazingly for him as well. I would highly recommend!
