As a toddler mom, I do not have a lot of time to treat headaches or migraines when I do get them as my little one is always keeping me on my toes. Great pain relief option!!

Does exactly what it claims to do!! It is fast reacting, it calmed my headache within 30 minutes and I felt relief within the hour. It didn’t make me sleepy at all, which some headache medicine does to me, but I also didn’t feel the effects of caffeine in form of energy wise, but to be fair caffeine doesn’t make me energetic in general!
I will forever repurchase Tylenol, it’s been my go to for years!!

Great for migraines!

The new Tylenol with caffeine is great at treating migraines when taken at the first signs. The extra boost of caffeine can help get me through a 9 hour shift when my head feels like it’s going to explode. Easy to swallow as well!

The other day I was having a wicked headache and decided to give this a try. It worked great because it has the caffeine in it, which really helps me get rid of my headaches before they turn into migraine's. I would recommend to anyone who suffers from headaches to try this.

It is as described. I didn't see anything negative about it. I have always received them quickly and in good condition. They work as indicated and I think they help relieve the pain. I would chose it over and ober again without any doubt

Great stiff neck relief

I have been trying the Tylenol Daytime Relief tablets for my pulled/stiff neck this week and it seems to be helping with the pain part of it. While I don’t know if the added caffeine has any added benefit it still works like regular Tylenol does.
