Very effective

This is incredibly effective! Normally for headaches I take ibuprofen and drink a caffeinated soda. However, this Tylenol daytime is a game changer. Be careful not to take too many as they do have caffeine and as said, they work very well! The tablet is round and red and easy go get a grip of. 10/10!

Works great!

I had a really bad headache (probably from not drinking enough water) and I Took one of these, and another one 4 hours later and my headache went away and stayed away!

Worked! Helped me with my headache

I've used Tylenol for years and years and it's still my go to for minor pains and headache relief. This daytime relief from Tylenol helped me with my headache and muscle pain from sports, and it did not make me drowsy.

Bye Bye Chronic Pain

As someone who suffers from chronic pain with a severe thyroid disease who also works 60+ hours a week, these are a LIFESAVER. the caffeine boost really helps me get through the day. fantastic.

Caffeine

It is a good product but personally caffeine is not good for me. It would be benefecial to others maybe but not for acidic like me. Caffeine makes me palpitate.

Was excited to try this product as I get headaches fairly regularly. I found this worked very well for me, it may be the inclusion of the caffeine ingredient. Would purchase again.

It took some time to work but it helped alleviate my leg pain and sore muscles. It worked better than most meds I take so I will be using it in the future.

This is one of the few things in life that I buy the name brand of. No other brand works as fast and effective as Tylenol to beat any pain! 8 hour days of staring at a computer is no match for Tylenol. The first product I reach for when I have any pain!

Great headache relief

These Tylenol are easy very to swallow. They provided fast and effective headache relief. The caffeine helps it work more rapidly than plain Tylenol. Great for when I feel a migraine starting.

Reduces Headaches
